As part of the preparations for the first ever parliamentary elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), 24 members of the media and 15 reps from civil society organizations (CSOs) gathered for the BARMM Dialogues with Media & Civil Society Organizations: The Bangsamoro Electoral Code IRR vis-à-vis 2025 BARMM Elections, last August 26 to 27, 2024, at the Acacia Hotel, Davao City. The dialogues aimed to provide updates to the media and CSOs regarding the preparations for the 2025 BARMM Parliamentary Elections. More importantly, the dialogues served as an avenue to discuss the role of the media and CSOs in the upcoming elections.
